Fantasy of Lights

Drive through a Winter Wonderland of 450 holiday light displays while enjoying Christmas music, hot cocoa and more!  The perfect experience to get you, your family and friends into that festive spirit!
Ticket prices:
$20 per vehicle Mon–Thurs
$25 Fri–Sun
Be sure to get your tickets in advance! Ticket prices go up by $5 at the gate. You can buy tickets online, at the Fair’s Box Office located at 1121 S. Chance Ave (hours are Mon – Thurs, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.) or at the gate! Gate ticket purchases are cash only.

Hometown Christmas

Madera Fair
Dec 10, 11 & 12
5 pm – 9 pm

Drive through the grounds to experience the classic Christmas Light “Parade” reimagined. The lighted floats and decorations provided by local businesses and organizations remain stationary while you and your car become the parade! Madera Ministerial Association will provide a Nativity venue with sights and sounds of the reason for the season. Look out for “Santa’s Shops” that will house Madera County cottage vendors who will be selling treats for your caravan.

A $5 ticket is required for entry at your choice of time and date. Tickets may be purchased ONLINE but are limited!


Inside Out Christmas Parade

Tulare Fairgrounds

Our annual Tulare Children’s Christmas Parade has been moved to the Tulare Fairgrounds to make it COVID-compliant! Come join us with a display, a “float” or other entry and then drive thru to see all the beautiful displays!


Country Christmas

Ford Farms – Lindsay

Come enjoy a Family Fun Country Christmas Event on the Farm! Come meet The Grinch! Santa & Mrs. Claus will be stopping by so you can take photos with them! We will have food vendors, Tractor Rides, shopping vendors, bon fire & crafts for the kids!

A Nutcracker Like No Other

Break the Barriers is excited to share its first ever, live streamed version of A Nutcracker Like No Other with the Fresno community–showcasing adapted choreography to provide an inclusive experience for all of our performing artists. Bring your whole family together to watch a magical holiday production from the comfort of your own home. This production will feature our professional ballerinas, aerialists, and International Performing Team. When you buy an access code, you are helping Break the Barriers keep its doors open and continue to bring joy to people in our community.


91st Annual Downtown Fresno Christmas Parade

 This year, Santa and our parade participants will be parked as YOU drive through. Our theme for this year is A Night at the Drive-in, so don’t forget your popcorn as you drive through our participant’s holiday movie themed spaces. Join us as we fill Downtown Fresno with all the sights and sounds of Christmas!


Christmas with the Lions

Project Survival’s Cat Haven

Celebrate the holidays with your favorite felines on our newly constructed Lion Deck! Enjoy Christmas-themed refreshments, watch a lion training session, or listen to a Christmas story narrated by our founder, Dale. You’ll receive an exclusive coloring page and have the opportunity to purchase a limited edition paw print painting.

The Living Nativity

Riverdale Assembly of God

December 22 – 25
6 pm – 9 pm

Located on the ten acre campus of the Riverdale Assembly of God and Riverdale Christian Academy, the Living Nativity is a drive through event that is enjoyed from the comfort of your vehicle. Six scenes depicting the event surrounding the birth of Jesus are illustrated with a cast of nearly 200 members, live animals, and colorful sets that will bring the Nativity to life for you and your family!

Out of Town Events

Lights at Cambria Pines

Daily, November 27 – January 2 (closed Dec. 24 & 25)
5pm-9pm

A different version of the Cambria Christmas Market, Lights at Cambria Pines will have 2 million beautiful lights filled with everyone’s favorite displays from past years.  Sip on warm, festive beverages by a fire, skip through the amazing displays, or give Santa a wave from outside his workshop.

Guests of a Moonstone Hotel Property will have access to Lights at Cambria Pines. This includes guests staying overnight on the Christmas rate at Cambria Pines Lodge, Sea Otter Inn, or the J Patrick House & Inn. Tickets will not be sold to the general public.


Winter Wonderland

Roaring Camp Railroad – Felton – Near Santa Cruz
Dec 5-6, 12-13, 18-23

Get in the holiday spirit by bringing family to ride the Redwood Forest Steam Train to Bear Mountain. After your trip head over to the Winter Wonderland walk through at Bret Harte Hall. Pass through festive decorated trees and Christmas scenes on your way to see Santa Claus. Greet Santa from a safe distance and pick up a cup of cocoa to warm up in our picnic areas on your way out.
Things to know about our current Covid-19 operations:
Admission to Roaring Camp is reservation only.
Face masks required within the Roaring Camp perimeter and on trains.
Limited train capacity with social distanced seating.

Holiday in the Park Lights

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom

A seasonal mix of the animal-focused Marine World Experience, Holiday in the Park Lights is an outdoor event that features themed marine animal presentations, millions of twinkling lights, decorations around the park, and festive food offerings, in a safe and fun outdoor environment.


Holiday in the Park Drive-Thru Experience

Six Flags Magic Mountain

Holiday in the Park Drive-thru Experience will include eight distinctly different areas throughout the park with millions of twinkling lights choreographed to festive music, beloved holiday characters decked out for the holidays, iconic Holiday in the Park decorations, and a drive-by featuring Santa and his elves. New this year, go for a ride in The Underground featuring several of the famous West Coast Customs show cars on display.

Fresno’s Christmas Tree Lane is a tradition going back 98 years. Each December, North Van Ness Boulevard in Fig Garden becomes a one-way street lined with hundreds of trees and homes all decked-out for the holidays. Visitors can drive the 2-mile stretch from Shields to Shaw all the way until Christmas Day.
